“Gordon and Sam did a fantastic job managing the process. Their knowledge of the diagnostics sector, and their contacts within in it were invaluable, and we are extremely pleased with the result” - Maurice Cox, CEO Centric Health
Global Diagnostics UK provides a range of diagnostic services including MRI, DXA, Fibroscan, Ultrasound and X-Ray to both private and NHS patients. The business is made up of two multi-modality centres (Norwich and Northampton), and number of radiology contracts / commissions delivered from 3rd party facilities including Prisons and AQP contracts.
Alpha Helix Corporate Finance (AHCF) was instructed by Centric Health to assist with the disposal of their non-core UK diagnostics assets. AHCF worked closely with Centric Health to run a full and competitive process, utilising their deep sector knowledge and experience in the diagnostics sector.
Dave Sheehan, Commercial Director, Centric Health commented: “Gordon and Sam did a fantastic job managing the process, and freeing up time for management to focus on the business. Their knowledge of the diagnostics sector, and their contacts within in it were invaluable, and we are extremely pleased with the result”.
Maurice Cox, CEO, Centric Health commented: “We approached AHCF to run an accelerated process to dispose of our non-core UK diagnostic assets, and we are delighted that we did as Gordon was able to successfully find and deliver a sensible buyer for the Global Diagnostics UK assets in a short timeframe. We’re grateful to the team for all their hard work on this process, and look forward to working with them again.”
