Alpha Helix Corporate Finance (AHCF) are delighted to announce the sale of Chanelle Medical U.K. Limited, an independent generic pharmaceutical business in the UK to undisclosed party.

Chanelle Medical U.K. Limited were looking to find a purchaser to help it introduce its future pipeline of products and take it through to its next stage of development.

Its acquirer identified the strategic market knowledge of the founders and will utilise Chanelle Medical U.K. Limited as a platform company for entry into the generic pharmaceutical market in the UK.

AHCF were able to provide flexible strategic advice to the shareholders of Chanelle Medical U.K. limited, utilising the team’s deep sector knowledge.

The mandate was led by Gordon Hamilton, assisted by Louise Playford.
